The Ecuador Consulate in Houston, Texas comes through! Woo Hoo! I got my certificate/stamp from the Ecuador Consulate In Houston on my apostilled “Notice of Award” (proof of monthly income) from Social Security in the mail today. Thanks, Leo!!
